We all have regrets in life some have more regrets than others but still everyday, every person that walks by you I can guarantee that each and every person have regret.
Today I found this video which the video makers decided to come up with a test. They decided to put up a blackboard in a NYC street. On the Blackboard it asked “Write down your biggest regret.”
The one thing you do notice is how quickly the Blackboard gets filled with regrets and broken dreams. It’s a little emotional as you see those people write down their regret and the sadness after they wrote it I know how those people feel as I too have many regrets in my life that I carry with me everywhere I go but when they don’t tell you that you can let go of those regrets.
Wipe the Blackboard clean and start a new life. It’s really that simple as all of this time we carry those negative things with us like luggage rather than just dropping it. It’s in the past and we can never go back it’s just easier to drop it and start your life on a clean slate.
